We retain your data for the duration of the Program. In cases where it is necessary to retain your data to comply with a legal obligation, it will be blocked and deleted once such obligation has ended.
Why do we use your personal data?
Your personal data is processed by INCENTIVA on the following legal bases:
- Your consent or when voluntarily provided by you through any means (paper forms, web forms, email).
- The maintenance, development, and execution of a contractual relationship that we have with you, in the case of: (I) service provision; (II) commercial, administrative relationships, among others.

What are your rights?
You have the right to know if INCENTIVA processes your personal data. You also have the right to:
